A striking ground cover with arching, green-and-cream striped foliage and purple flower spikes in late summer, followed by dark berries. Thriving in sun to partial shade and well-drained soil, it’s ideal for borders, edging, or mass plantings. Hardy, low maintenance, and drought tolerant. Cut it back in late winter/early spring and it will provide additional years of garden beauty. Slows reproduces via underground rhizomes.

This is a hardy plant with no serious disease issues and is a German Village favorite as it tolerates being "watered" by local dogs. Lliriope also hold up well to salt run-off during the winter. Also tolerates more shade, but will not grow as lush.

Perennial. Zones 4 - 8. Full sun to part shade. 12-16" tall and 12-20" spread. Three quart nursery pot.
